Purchasing
It couldn't be easier. Experienced online trading company Kangaroo Yarns have over 9 years experience in online trading and we have created a new updated website incorporating the latest safety features and security protocols to make your shopping experience a more pleasing and easier one. Our newly designed site will remember you if you are an existing customer and if you are buying from us for the first time you simply add your desired items to your shopping cart and you will be taken to a checkout where you can see your items in your basket at all times. You can remove them and continue shopping and when you are ready to pay all you have to do is proceed to pay.
If you are an existing customer you will be asked to login using your email and password sent to you previously or if you are a new customer you will be asked to complete a few details to generate your account automatically.
Once you have done this please remember your user name [email] and password for future visits to the site, this will enable us to store your name and address to save you having to enter it every time. Your account details will be sent to your email separately as well as order confirmations. Please note no credit card details are stored in any format and we do not pass on your details or email to third parties for any reason in accordance with our strict privacy policy.
Buying with Kangaroo is easy simply click on any of the products listed on the left hand side of the screen and everything can be accessed by clicking on the images of yarns and products. Browse the website and add your purchases to the shopping cart at will (this can be viewed at any point, by clicking on 'Checkout'). If you are ordering from outside the UK you can check the amount in your local currency by clicking on ‘price in other currencies’. If you are looking for a specific item use the Search box and this will find the item and show you any related products.
When you have finished making your selection and are ready to complete the purchase go to checkout. If you have a gift voucher or a discount code enter this, then proceed with the checkout.
Shipping and Postage
We aim to send out all items within 2 working days of the receipt of order. If we are out of stock of an item you will be notified of the estimated delivery time and offered an alternative if that is an option or the chance to cancel the order. All items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post in the UK or Small Packet rate for overseas items.
We charge a small shipping charge + VAT according to your order value, the rates can be viewed under "Postal Rates"
